Data sources and limitations
Mesuvo is being developed to combine product identity information, merchant offers, market eligibility and editorial comparison. The quality of the result depends on the permissions, fields and freshness of the underlying source.
Current status
The live product catalogue and approved affiliate integrations are not yet established as production services. The current prototype contains demonstration products and illustrative offers. These are not verified merchant offers and must not be treated as current market prices.
Sources we are evaluating
- Approved affiliate-network product feeds and deep-link tools.
- Retailer APIs where access and usage terms permit.
- Public datasets and APIs only where licensing, freshness and field quality are suitable.
- Search demand and performance data where Mesuvo has legitimate access.
How we handle uncertainty
We aim to retain source identity, observation timestamps, currency, stock status, market, destination-shipping evidence and product-match confidence. Missing information should remain unknown rather than be invented. We will correct or remove data that is inaccurate or no longer eligible to display.
Merchant product pages remain the final authority for current checkout price, shipping, taxes, stock, returns and warranty.
